Ridge is an AI research assistant. She reads listings, county records, recorded documents and public maps, then writes up what she finds in short, plain, numbered points with her sources.

How Ridge works

• Estimates are labeled as estimates, and sources are named.
• Ridge never contacts sellers or agents, never submits offers or forms, and never spends your money.
• She tells you what still needs confirming with the county, a surveyor, a title company or an attorney.
